Nicole DiDio Johnson, MFA, HHC, AADP,  guides creatives into their personal power, optimizing health through food and lifestyle transformation and earth-based practices. She specializes in emotional eating, weight loss, seasonal eating, food as preventative medicine, stress, disconnection, anxiety, digestive disorders and food intolerances, as well as reproductive health –including fertility, fibroids, PCOS, PMS and hormones. She is the main contributor to our health and wellness blog and newsletter.

Since 2009, Nicole has run a successful private Holistic Health Coaching practice – The Enlightened Table. She provides one-on-one and group coaching, classes, workshops. She creates corporate wellness programs as she draws on her decade+ experience in the corporate technology environment – helping folks shift toxic habits in the workplace. From 2011-2014 she taught upcoming Health Coaches through IIN, and began a business coaching & design firm for wellness practitioners called The Healthy Design. Her teaching experience spans 18+ years as an adjunct professor at Parsons The New School of Design, NYU, HOSTOS Community College, ABTECH, UNCA, Warren Wilson, and as a Guest Lecturer at MIT.

Nicole trianed to practice Holistic Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2009. At the time, this was the only holistic nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining and comparing the knowledge of traditional philosophies – Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Chinese Medicine Dietary Theory, Nourishing Traditions and more- with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone, and raw foods.

Nicole is Certified Holistic Health Counselor (CHHC) and a member of the AADP – American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Read more about Holistic Health Coaching Here
